On Bank of Russia decisions of 3 July 2014

On 3 July 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

To suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Mordovia Mortgage Corporation placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-11252-Е-009D.

To register a report on the results of the issue of class B non-convertible interest-bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent MKB placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the issue is 4-01-81652-H.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Gazprombank Leasing placed though private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-44173-Н-002D.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company United Geological Company placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-78459-Н-001D to the additional issue of securities.

To register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Research and Production Concern Machine Engineering Technologies placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-14878-А-001D.

To refuse Yuzhnaya Stolitsa, limited liability company, the state registration of the report on the results of the issue of series 01 non-convertible discount certified bearer bonds.

To recognise the issue of securities abortive one and cancel its state registration.

To refuse open joint-stock company Ural Design Bureau Detal the state registration of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares.

To resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Ulyanovsk Construction Materials Plant placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-04784-P-002D.
