To register changes to the decisions on the issue of series 03, 04, 05, 06 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company Freight One, state registration numbers 4-03-55320-Е, 4-04-55320-Е, 4-05-55320-Е, 4-06-55320-Е, and to the prospectus of series 03, 04, 05, 06 non-convertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company Freight One, state registration numbers 4-03-55320-Е, 4-04-55320-Е, 4-05-55320-Е, 4-06-55320-Е placed through public subscription.

To register the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund VTB Pension Fund placed through distribution of shares.
