Bank of Russia makes decision on state registration of new non-bank credit institution NBCI Payment Constructor

The Bank of Russia made a decision to officially register Non-banking Credit Institution Payment Constructor from St. Petersburg (hereinafter, NBCI Payment Constructor) and license it to conduct banking transactions in rubles and foreign currencies for settlement non-bank credit institutions. The Bank of Russia will issue the banking licence after NBCI Payment Constructor authorised capital is paid.

On 18 April 2022, the St. Petersburg Inspectorate of the Russian Federal Tax Service made an entry on the state registration of this non-bank credit institution in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (primary state registration number 1227800048068).

The key activities of NBCI Payment Constructor will be Internet acquiring and money transfers, including electronic ones.

Currently, there are 33 non-bank credit institutions, including 23 settlement ones, operating based on the licences issued by the Bank of Russia.
