Sergey Belov appointed as Deputy Governor of Bank of Russia

By the Order of the Bank of Russia Governor, effective 12 May 2022, Sergey Belov has been appointed as Deputy Governor of the Bank of Russia. In this position, he will supervise the work of the Cash Circulation Department, ROSINKAS, as well as the Field Institutions Department.

Mikhail Alekseev, Deputy Governor of the Bank of Russia, will leave his office on 1 June 2022 following the decision to pursue his career outside the Bank of Russia.
