Operation of Moscow Exchange on 28 February 2022

Trading sessions in the foreign exchange market, the money market, and the repo market of the Moscow Exchange will open at 10:00 Moscow time.

The Bank of Russia will assess whether it is reasonable to open trading sessions in other markets based on the current developments. The Bank of Russia will announce its decision whether to start trading or not at 13:00 Moscow time. If the Bank of Russia makes a positive decision, trading will start at 15:00 Moscow time.

Starting from 28 February 2022, the Bank of Russia temporarily bans brokers from selling securities at instructions of non-residents.
