Reverse
the relief picture of a peregrine falcon, the inscriptions along the rim separated by two dots: at the top - "КРАСНАЯ КНИГА" (RED DATA BOOK), at the bottom -САПСАН" (FALCON).

The falcon (sapsan) widely spreaded in tundra and wooden zones of the European part of Russia, in the Western, Central and Eastern Siberia, in the Far East, Kamchatka, Sakhalin is under protection in the great number of preserves. To breed the falcon the nursery in Oksky Preserves was set up.
