on the mirror field of the disc in the centre - the Logotype of the Universiade (inscription in four lines: "UNIVERSIADE KAZAN 2013 RUSSIA", made by prints of different sizes with five asterisks under it) around it - relief images of sportsmen representing different sports disciplines, from above to the right down: javelin throwing, basketball, calisthenics, football, running, volleyball, field hockey, rowing and board diving, below to the right - a wide curved stripe with vegetable ornament; on the strip along the rim formed by the concentric line - the inscription going from the left down to the right: "XXVII ВСЕМИРНАЯ ЛЕТНЯЯ УНИВЕРСИАДА 2013 ГОДА В Г. КАЗАНИ" (XXVII WORLD SUMMER UNIVERSIADE OF 2013 IN THE CITY OF KAZAN), added above by a vegetable pattern.
