Obverse

(2011), to the right - the fine metal content and the mint trade mark.
Reverse
in the centre of the disc - the image of a flying jet aircraft, after it against the dark blue background - four bow-shaped white stripes symbolizing the inversion tracks; to the right below - the horizontal inscription: "TУ-144" (TU-144), to the right above along the rim - the semicircular inscription: "ИСТОРИЯ РУССКОЙ АВИАЦИИ" (THE HISTORY OF RUSSIAN AVIATION).
