Comments on changes of data in “Review of the banking sector of the Russian Federation” (from 01.10.2019)

In order to improve the methodology of the banking sector statistics the following changes in Review of the banking sector of the Russian Federation № 205, November 2019, have been made:

• the component “Accounts with authorized bodies of other countries” is presented in p. 10 “Other assets — total” instead of p. 2 “Accounts with the Bank of Russia and authorized bodies of other countries — total” in accordance with Review of the banking sector of the Russian Federation № 204, October 2019;
• the component “Stakes in subsidiary and affiliated joint-stock companies and unit investment funds” is presented in p. 5 “Stakes in authorized capital” instead of p. 4 “Securities — total” in accordance with Review of the banking sector of the Russian Federation № 204, October 2019;
• the component “Disposition of profits” is presented in p. 10 “Other assets— total” instead of p. 9 “Disposition of profits” in accordance with Review of the banking sector of the Russian Federation № 204, October 2019;
• the component “Loss provisions” is presented in p. 9, 9.1 and 9.2 instead of p. 9.1, 9.1.1 and 9.1.2 in p. 9 “Other liabilities — total” in accordance with Review of the banking sector of the Russian Federation № 204, October 2019.
