He graduated from the Department of Economics of the Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in political economy.
Career
He began his career in 1982. For over 10 years, he worked in various industries.
He joined the Bank of Russia in 1994, and started working in the HR sphere in 2013.
Since January 2019: Director of the Human Resources Department.
Since December 2022: Director of the Financial Department.
