Education

1998: graduated from the Moscow Aviation Technical Institute — Tsiolkovsky Russian State University of Aviation Technology.

Candidate of Technical Sciences.

Studied in the following business schools: INSEAD, ESMT, Manchester Business School, SKOLKOVO.

Has a good command of the English language.

Career

1995–2005: consulting in international projects (Tacis, WorldBank, etc.).

1998–2006: Senior Lecturer, Assistant Professor of the Quality Management and Certification Department at the Moscow Aviation Technical Institute — Tsiolkovsky Russian State University of Aviation Technology.

2006–2008: Head of the Managerial Training Department at the Corporate Energy University of RAO UES.

2008–2010: Head of the HR Development and Corporate Culture Department at JSC Sollers (Moscow).

2010–2015: Director General of ANO Rosatom Corporate Academy.

2015–2018: Head of the Training Institute of the United Rocket and Space Corporation; Director General of ANO Roscosmos Corporate Academy.

Since June 2018: Director of the Bank of Russia University.
