Mikhail Balakin appointed as Director of Projects and Processes Department

By the Order of the Bank of Russia Governor, effective 4 October 2023, Mikhail Balakin has been appointed as Director of the Projects and Processes Department. He was acting Director of this Department since March 2023.

Mikhail Balakin joined the Bank of Russia in 2009 and held various positions in the Volga-Vyatka Main Branch of the Bank of Russia. In October 2021, he was transferred to the position of Deputy Director of the Projects and Processes Department.
