On 27 August 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions:

to refuse state registration of additional issues of No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds and registration of a prospectus of additional issues of No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the REGION-INVEST limited liability company placed through public subscription;

to register the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Insurance Group MSK (the city of Moscow) placed through conversion of shares into shares of the same category (type) with lower par value,

to assign state registration number 1-04-46002-Z to the issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company NEVS-CERAMICS (the Novosibirsk Region) placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-29633-N-002D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Special Economic Zones (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-11350-А-010D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Automotive Glass Alliance Rus (the Republic of Tatarstan) placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-53770-К-004D to the additional issue of securities;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Russian Racetracks (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-55520-Е-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register a report on the results of an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company OCEANPRIBOR Concern (the city of Saint-Petersburg) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-03702-D-009D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company MiG Russian Aircraft Corporation (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-55393-Е-002D.
