On securities issue
On 30 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions:
to refuse state registration of a report on the results of an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Corporation of Development (the Sverdlovsk Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-32851-D-008D,
to recognise this additional issue invalid due to non-placement of securities and to cancel its state registration;
to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Afrikantov Experimental Design Bureau for Mechanical Engineering (the Nizhny Novgorod Region) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55400-Е-007D;
to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company United Shipbuilding Corporation (the city of Saint Petersburg) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55331-Е-009D;
to resume the issue and to register a report on the results of an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Voronezh Synthetic Rubber (the city of Voronezh) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-00222-А-002D;
to register the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Targin (the Republic of Bashkortostan) through exchange of the share in the authorised capital of the participant of the limited liability company transformed into shares of the joint-stock company established as a result of transformation,
to assign state registration number 1-01-50475-А to the securities issue;
to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Corporation of Development of Samara Region (the city of Samara) placed through private subscription,
to assign state registration number 1-01-04407-Е-004D to the additional issue of securities;
to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Radio Engineering Corporation Vega (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription,
to assign state registration number 1-01-08510-А-012D to the additional issue of securities;
to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Technologies of Safety (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription,
to assign state registration number 1-01-15524-А-001D to the additional issue of securities;
to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Business Centre (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription,
to assign state registration number 1-01-63218-J-001D to the additional issue of securities.
