On cancelling licence of management company

On 28 September 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licence No. 21-000-1-00939 issued by the Federal Financial Market Service on 25 October 2012 to RusActive Management Company, limited liability company (PSRN 1127746574944), to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds due to the company’s surrender of licence.
