On securities issue

On 29 September 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Concern Avtomatika (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-14983-А-002D;

to resume the issue and to register the report on the results of an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Yamal Airlines (the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-00429-F-004D;

to resume the issue and to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Engineering Company AEM-Technology (the city of Saint-Petersburg) placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 1-01-19859-J-004D to the additional issue of securities;

to register the issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of PKVIT, limited liability company (the city of Moscow), placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 4-01-36482-R to the issue of securities;

to resume the issue of class A non-convertible certified interest bearing mortgage backed housing bearer bonds and the prospectus of class A non-convertible certified interest bearing mortgage backed housing bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent Safe House-1 (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, to assign state registration number 4-02-82441-H to the issue of securities;

to register the report on the results of an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Federal Center for Nuclear and Radiation Safety (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-15594-А-002D;

to register the report on the results of an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Estate Invest (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-82722-Н-001D;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Innovation Industrial Park — Technopark in the Sphere of High technologies Technopolis Himgrad (the Republic of Tatarstan) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-57125-D-003D.
