The Moscow-based Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, in accordance with requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, informs about the initiation of the procedure to reorganise the closed joint-stock company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Land-Bank through its transformation to Commercial Bank Land-Bank, limited liability company.
