On Bank of Russia decisions of 28 July 2014

On 28 July 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

1.To register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

AK BARS — MICEX Index, open-end index unit investment fund managed by AK BARS CAPITAL Management Company, limited liability company;

AK BARS — Shares, open-end equity unit investment fund managed by AK BARS CAPITAL Management Company, limited liability company;

AK BARS — Oil and Gas, open-end equity unit investment fund managed by AK BARS CAPITAL Management Company, limited liability company;

RT-Invest Global Technology I, closed-end long-term equity unit investment fund managed by RT-Invest, limited liability company;

Reserve, closed-end credit unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company NIK Razvitie Management Company;

Malachite, closed-end long-term equity unit investment fund managed by TRINFICO Property Management, limited liability company;

CAPITAL ESTATE, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by VELES TRAST, limited liability company;

Yuzhnouralsky, closed-end long-term equity unit investment fund managed by TrustUnion Asset Management, limited liability company;

PTB Investments, closed-end long-term equity unit investment fund managed by Altyn Management Company, limited liability company.

2.To register rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

Citadel, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the open joint-stock company RONIN Trust;

Prime Real Estate, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by PROMSVYAZ Management Company, limited liability company.

3.To register amendments to the Charter of the Izhevsk-based Non-State Pension Fund Vremya due to a change of location and liquidation of the branch.

4.To approve amendments and addenda to the Rules of keeping the register of owners of mortgage participation certificates of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Ircol.

5.To register amendments to the Charter of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company National Non-Governmental Pension Fund due to a change of location.

6.To register amendments and addenda to the Rules of organisation and internal control of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Sberbank Private Pension Fund.

7.To register amendments and addenda to the Rules of organisation and internal control of the Moscow-based Finam Management LLC.

8.To agree on amendments and addenda to the Code of professional conduct of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Sberbank Private Pension Fund acting as an insurer in obligatory pension insurance.

9. To reissue a documentary confirmation of the licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds of the Moscow-based Personal Investments Management Company, limited liability company, due to a change of location.

10. To reissue a documentary confirmation of the licence to carry out the activity of a specialised depository for investment funds, unit investment funds and non-government pension funds of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Bank Financial Corporation Otkritie due to a change of name (previous name: open joint-stock company NOMOS-BANK) and location.
