On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the city of Moscow dated 8 June 2016, with regard to case No. А40-103084/16-123-102Б on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Joint-stock Commercial bank CROSSINVESTBANK (open joint-stock company) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2849, date of registration — 17 May 1994) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2074, dated 28 June 2016) to terminate from 29 June 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Joint-stock Commercial bank CROSSINVESTBANK (open joint-stock company), appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1016, dated 11 April 2016, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Moscow-based Credit Institution Joint-stock Commercial Bank CROSSINVESTBANK (Open Joint-stock Company) or JSCB CROSSINVESTBANK (OJSC) Following Revocation of Its Banking Licence.’
