On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the city of Moscow dated 14 June 2016, with regard to case No. А40-66603/16-44-111Б on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution National Corporate Bank (joint-stock company) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3422, date of registration — 14 October 2002) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2067, dated 28 June 2016) to terminate from 29 June 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution National Corporate Bank (joint-stock company), appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-901, dated 17 March 2016, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Moscow-based Credit Institution National Corporate Bank (Joint-stock Company) or NATSCORPBANK (JSC) Following Revocation of Its Banking Licence.’
