On updating provisional administration personnel

In order to update the provisional administration personnel appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1014, dated 28 March 2016, to manage the Moscow-based credit institution Joint-stock company SMARTBANK or JSC SMARTBANK, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-2068, dated 28 June 2016):

to appoint Vyacheslav Ye. Zlobin, lead legal advisor of the legal department of the Kursk Regional Division, as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution Joint-stock company SMARTBANK from 29 June 2016;

to withdraw Yevgeni B. Vaisberg from the provisional administration of the credit institution Joint-stock company SMARTBANK from 29 June 2016.
