In compliance with requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, the Moscow-based Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the Central Federal District informs on the beginning of reorganisation in the form of transformation of the Limited liability company Investment Commercial Bank Sovcombank into the Open joint-stock company Investment Commercial Bank Sovcombank.
