Andrey Lipin appointed as Director of International Cooperation Department

By the Order of the Bank of Russia Governor, effective 28 April 2020, Andrey Lipin has been appointed as Director of the International Cooperation Department of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation under a permanent contract.

Previously, beginning on 10 March 2020, Andrey Lipin held this post through a temporary transfer from the position of the Deputy Director of the Monetary Policy Department. Before joining the Bank of Russia in July 2016, Andrey Lipin held various positions at the Macroeconomic Policy Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission, and the Institute of Economics and Industrial Engineering of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
