Pursuant to the requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’, the Bank of Russia communicates on the procedure of reorganisation of the Moscow-based public joint-stock company Bank Otkritie Financial Corporation of PJSC Bank Otkritie FC (Registration No. 2209) through acquisition of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Commercial Bank Petrocommerce or OJSC Bank Petrocommerce (Registration No. 1776).
