Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 94-95 (1690–1691) of 29 October 2015 has been released.

The issue published Bank of Russia Regulation No. 486-P, dated 2 September 2015, ‘On Chart of Accounts for Accounting Purposes in Non-bank Financial Organisations and the Procedure to Apply it’ (with effect from 1 January 2017; to be applied by microfinance institutions, credit consumer cooperatives, and housing savings cooperatives from 1 January 2018; to be applied by agricultural consumer credit cooperatives and pawnshops from 1 January 2019).
