On 28 October 2015, Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
to issue reinsurance licence and licence of national service life and health insurance of military personnel, citizens inducted for military training, rank-and-file and executives of authorities of interior affairs of the Russian Federation, National Fire Service, narcotics and psychotropics control authorities, officers of institutions and bodies of penal enforcement system to the Moscow-based INSURANCE COMPANY ARSENAL, limited liability company;
to issue reinsurance licence to the Moscow-based Zurich Reliable Insurance, joint-stock company.
