On cancelling licence of management company

On 28 October 2015, Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licence No. 21-000-1-00751, dated 19 August 2010, to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds issued to the closed joint-stock company Management Company Everglades (hereinafter, the Company) by the Federal Financial Markets Service due to repeated violations of the Russian legislation on investment funds.

The Company repeatedly within a year failed to comply with Bank of Russia orders while acting as a licenced management company of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds. Also, the Company is not available at its location.
