On reorganisation of non-governmental pension fund

On 28 October 2015, the Bank of Russia decided to agree on the reorganisation of Non-governmental Pension Fund Captain through separation of a non-profit pension fund with its simultaneous conversion into a joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Captain; to take a decision on the state registration of the joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Captain; to issue licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Captain, and to register Pension rules and Insurance rules of the joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Captain.
