Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 3752-U, dated 6 August 2015, ‘On the Procedure of Obtaining Authorisation to Use Bank’s Own Methods to Manage Credit Risks and to Use Models of the Quantitative Assessment of Credit Risks for Calculating Capital Adequacy Ratios and Also on Their Quality Evaluation Procedure’ (becomes effective from 1 October 2015).
