On reissuing forms of licences of professional securities market participant

On 24 September 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:

joint-stock commercial bank North-East Alliance (joint-stock company) (the city of Moscow) to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity due to a change of name;

Svyaznoy Bank (joint-stock company) (the city of Moscow) to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity due to a change of name;

PREMIER, limited liability company (the city of Moscow), to carry out broker, dealer, depository activity and securities management due to a change of name and location;

Saint Petersburg Bank of Investments (joint-stock company) (the city of Saint Petersburg) to carry out broker, dealer and depository activity due to a change of name.
