On 16 September 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to agree on the reorganisation of Non-governmental Pension Fund Russian Pension Fund through conversion into a joint-stock company Interregional Non-governmental Pension Fund, to take a decision on the state registration of the joint-stock company Interregional Non-governmental Pension Fund and to reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the joint-stock company Interregional Non-governmental Pension Fund.
