On refusal to dispense from duty to disclose information

On 28 September 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to refuse to dispense the public joint-stock company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Kuzbasschimbank from duty to disclose information pursuant to Article 30 of Federal Law No. 39-FZ, dated 22 April 1996, ‘On the Securities Market’.
