On termination of activity of provisional administration

By its Order No. OD-1751, dated 23 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to terminate from 23 July 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of Insurance Company ASKO-Zhizn, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3999, location: 24 Vakhitov Prospect, 423815 Naberezhnye Chelny, Republic of Tatarstan; TIN 1650144114; PSRN 1061650058007) (hereinafter, the company).

The company’s provisional administration was appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1306 for a term of six months. It was headed by Vladimir P. Smagin, receiver (mailing address: P.O.Box 9046, 249039 Obninsk, Kaluga Region), member of the non-profit partnership Interregional Self-Regulatory Organisation of Professional Receivers (address: 17 Kotelnicheskaya Naberezhnaya, 109240 Moscow).

The decision on early termination of the activity of the provisional administration was taken after the accomplishment of its tasks.
