On securities issue

On 14 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to register reports on the results of the issue of class B non-convertible interest-bearing certified cash collateral bearer bonds of the Moscow-based limited liability company Specialist Financial Company Europa 14-1A, state registration number of the issue is 4-02-36466-R;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Krasnozavodsk Chemical Plant (Moscow Region), placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-15289-А-001D.
