On rules of trust management

On 27 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to register amendments and addenda to rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

Long-Term Investments — Petrovsky Island, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by TKB BNP Paribas Investment Partners, open joint-stock company,

REEF, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Management Company R.I.S, limited liability company,

Atoll, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by Management Company R.I.S, limited liability company,

START, closed-end credit unit investment fund managed by Management Company R.I.S, limited liability company;

to register rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

Sfera, open-end mixed investments unit investment fund managed by REGION Portfolio Investments, limited liability company,

Globe, open-end mixed investments unit investment fund managed by REGION Trust, limited liability company,

QBF Regional Estate, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by QBF Asset Management, limited liability company;

to strike off information on rules of trust management of mortgage collateral for mortgage participation certificates of Commercial Mortgage managed by Empire Trust, closed joint-stock company, from the register of registered rules of trust management of mortgage collateral.
