On registering amendments to charter

On 27 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register amendments to the charter of:

the Yakutsk-based open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Arel;

the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company National Non-Governmental Pension Fund.
