On prohibition of all transactions and operations with monetary funds, securities and other financial instruments on the securities market

On 28 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to prohibit Pervy Doveritelny Upravlyayushchiy, limited liability company (hereinafter, the Company), from making any transactions and operations with monetary funds, securities and other financial instruments on the securities market, based on licences issued by FFMS of Russia.

The decision was taken to prevent wrongdoings on the securities market and protect the investors’ rights and legitimate interests.

The reason for taking the decision was complaints of individuals on failure by the Company to withdraw assets and established fact by the Bank of Russia of nonavailability of the Company at the address of location.
