Updates on credit institutions’ compliance with federal laws

The section Credit Institutions of the Bank of Russia website was updated on 27 June 2017 to reflect the following data:

• Information on credit institutions which conform to the requirements of Part 1 Article 15¹ of Federal Law No. 214-FZ, dated 30 December 2004, ‘On Participating in Equity Construction of Apartment Houses and Other Properties and on Amending Certain Laws of the Russian Federation’, as of 1 June 2017;
• List of banks which conform to the requirements of Article 8¹ of the Federal Law No. 275-FZ, dated 29 December 2012, ‘On State Defence Order’, as of 1 June 2017;
• List of credit institutions which conform to the requirements of Part 1 Article 2 of Federal Law No. 213-FZ, dated 21 July 2014, ‘On Opening of Accounts, Letters of Credit and Conclusion of Bank Deposit Agreements and Securities Holders’ Registrar Services Agreements by Business Entities of Strategic Significance for the Defence Industry and Security of the Russian Federation and on Amending Certain Laws of the Russian Federation’, as of 1 June 2017.
