On release of Bank of Russia Bulletin

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 42 (1760) of 29 April 2016 has been released.

The Credit Institutions section presents information on the registration and licensing of credit institutions as of 1 April 2016 and in 2016 Q1.

The issue presents a register of liquidators accredited with the Bank of Russia as receivers of bankrupt credit institutions as of 22 April 2016.

The Bulletin presents the following Bank of Russia Orders:

No. OD-1336, dated 24 April 2016, on terminating by the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency the functions of the provisional administration of the Saint Petersburg-based JSC Bank Sovetsky;

No. OD-1344, dated 25 April 2016, on amending Bank of Russia Order No. OD-377, dated 5 February 2016;

No. OD-1350, dated 26 April 2016, on the revocation of the banking licence of the Moscow-based credit institution Interactive Bank LLC;

No. OD-1351, dated 26 April 2016, on appointing the provisional administration of the Moscow-based credit institution Interactive Bank LLC due to the revocation of its banking licence;

No. OD-1364, dated 27 April 2016, on the revocation of the banking licence of the Moscow-based credit institution OJSC BANK MBFI;

No. OD-1365, dated 27 April 2016, on appointing the provisional administration of the Moscow-based credit institution OJSC BANK MBFI due to the revocation of its banking licence.

The issue provides information by the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency for the depositors of JSCB CROSSINVESTBANK OJSC, Sovereign Bank JSC and JSC Interraschet Settlement Non-bank Credit Institution.

The section Non-Bank Financial Institutions publishes Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1356, dated 26 April 2016, on revocation of insurance licence of Sovetskaya Insurance Company, limited liability company.

The issue publishes information of the Deposit Insurance Agency on including the Non-governmental Pension Fund Transneft, joint-stock company, in the register of non-governmental pension funds, participants in the system guaranteeing insured persons’ rights.

The issue includes a notice of trading results of Non-Governmental Pension Fund Industrialny’s assets.
