On updating provisional administration personnel

In order to update the provisional administration personnel appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-88, dated 15 January 2016, to manage the Moscow-based credit institution Commercial Bank ERGOBANK, limited liability company, or LLC CB ERGOBANK, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-680, dated 26 February 2016):

to withdraw M.R. Babayeva from the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank ERGOBANK, limited liability company, from 26 February 2016.
