On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of Moscow, dated 28 January 2016, with regard to case No. А40-246319/15-174-385, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Non-Bank Credit Institution Tor Credit, limited liability company (Bank of Russia registration No. 3497-D, date of registration is 15 June 2009), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-679, dated 26 February 2016) to terminate from 26 February 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Non-Bank Credit Institution Tor Credit, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3104, dated 10 November 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Moscow-based Credit Institution Non-Bank Credit Institution Tor Credit, Limited Liability Company, or LLC NCI Tor Credit Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
