On updating provisional administration personnel

In order to update the provisional administration personnel appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3589, dated 14 December 2015, to manage the Moscow-based credit institution Deal-Bank, limited liability company, or Deal-Bank LLC, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-678, dated 26 February 2016):

to appoint M.V. Savin as head of the provisional administration of the credit institution Deal-Bank, limited liability company, from 26 February 2016;

to withdraw N.V. Pomogina from the provisional administration of the credit institution Deal-Bank, limited liability company, from 26 February 2016.
