On appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Article 189²⁵, Sub-clause 2 of Clause 1 of Article 189²⁶ and Article 189³¹ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-268, dated 29 January 2016) to appoint from 29 January 2016 the provisional administration to manage the credit institution commercial bank INTERCOMMERZ (Limited) or CB INTERCOMMERTZ (Ltd) (the city of Moscow) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1657, date of registration is 10 December 1991) for a 6-month term. The powers of the executive bodies of the credit institution commercial bank INTERCOMMERTZ (Limited) are suspended.

Anna M. Yermakova, chief economist of the liquidated credit institutions section No. 1 of the Licensing and Liquidation Division of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Central Federal District, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution commercial bank INTERCOMMERTZ (Limited).
