On termination of activity of provisional administration of insurance company

Due to the recognition of Society of Life Insurance Rossia, limited liability company (TIN 7717508312, PSRN 1047796263283, 12 Bolshaya Gruzinskaya St., bldg. 2, Moscow 123242), insolvent (bankrupt) and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings in compliance with Clause 2 of Article 183.12 of Federal Law No. 127-FZ, dated 26 October 2002, ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the activity of the provisional administration of the specified insurance company was terminated from 15 January 2015.

The provisional administration was appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1706, dated 10 July 2014, for six month term.

The provisional administration was headed by Natalia V. Biryukova (mailing address: Ramensky District, Moscow Region, 140125, Chulkovo post office, for N.V. Biryukova), member of non-profit partnership Managers and Receivers Association (address: 32 Nizhegorodskaya St., bldg. 15, Moscow, 109029).
