On results of inspection of financial standing of JSC CB Rosinterbankby provisional administration

The provisional administration of JSC CB Rosinterbank appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3143, dated 19 September 2016, due to the failure of the bank’s management to transfer its statutory documents for the greater part of the bank’s assets and following the identification of transactions which bear the evidence of moving out JSC CB Rosinterbank assets has revealed that the bank’s asset value does not exceed 3.9 billion rubles, while its liabilities to creditors amount to 83.4 billion rubles including 56.9 billion rubles to households.

On 7 November 2016, the Court of Arbitration of the city of Moscow took a decision to recognise JSC CB Rosinterbank insolvent (bankrupt) and initiate bankruptcy proceedings with the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency appointed as a receiver.

The Bank of Russia submitted the information on the financial transactions bearing the evidence of criminal offences conducted by the former management and owners of JSC CB Rosinterbank to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for consideration and procedural decision making.
