On 28 October 2015, Bank of Russia took decisions to resume and register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Saint Petersburg-based joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Captain placed through share allotment, to assign the state registration number 1-01-50506-А to the securities issue.
