On securities issue

On 27 October 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend an issue of preference registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Trubodetal (the Chelyabinsk Region) placed through converting shares into shares of the same category (type) with a lower par value;

to suspend an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Trubodetal (the Chelyabinsk Region) placed through converting shares into shares of the same category (type) with a lower par value;

to suspend an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Tikhy Don (the Rostov Region) placed through share allotment;

to suspend an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Ingosstrakh-Pensiya placed through the acquisition of shares of the joint-stock pension fund being established by the same non-profit pension fund being reorganised;

to resume an issue and register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company State Machine-building Design Bureau Vympel named after I.I. Toropov placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55099-Е-005D;

to register an additional issue and prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based public joint-stock company Rosseti placed through public subscription, to assign the state registration number 1-01-55385-Е to the additional securities issue;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company KPZ Kaskad (the Krasnodar Territory) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional securities issue is 1-01-34586-Е-001D;

to register reports on the results of issue of class A and Class B non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent Nadezhny Dom-1 placed through private subscription, the state registration numbers of the issues are 4-02-82441-H and 4-01-82441-H;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Investment Projects Development Centre (Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-33292-D-006D.
