On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the Republic of Sakha, dated 4 September 2015, on case No. А58-4172/2015 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution joint-stock company Joint-stock Bank Aldanzolotobank (Bank of Russia registration No. 854, date of registration — 21 November 1990) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2581, dated 25 September 2015) to terminate from 28 September 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution joint-stock company Joint-stock Bank Aldanzolotobank, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1636, dated 10 July 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Aldan-based Credit Institution Joint-stock Company Joint-stock Bank Aldanzolotobank of JSC JSB Aldanzolotobank (the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
