On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow dated 11 September 2015 on the forced liquidation of the credit institution public joint-stock company Commercial Bank TEST (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3440, date of registration — 21 July 2003) and appointing a liquidator in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2258, dated 25 August 2015) to terminate from 28 September 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution public joint-stock company Commercial Bank TEST appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1439, dated 24 June 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Public Joint-stock Company Commercial Bank TEST Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
