On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the Tula Region, dated 4 September 2015, on case No. А68-7564/2014 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the Tula-based credit institution PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY COMMERCIAL BANK TULSKII PROMYSHLENNIK or BANK TULSKII PROMYSHLENNIK PJSC (Bank of Russia registration No. 2382, date of registration — 11 June 1993) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2583, dated 25 September 2015) to terminate from 28 September 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY COMMERCIAL BANK TULSKII PROMYSHLENNIK, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1776, dated 24 July 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Tula-Based Credit Institution PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY COMMERCIAL BANK TULSKII PROMYSHLENNIK or BANK TULSKII PROMYSHLENNIK PJSC’.
